Destination Fitness offers a wide variety of group fitness classes. You come to us or we can come to you. The classes may be outdoors, at a church, work, school, home…. anywhere. We will bring the necessary equipment in most cases. Your first class is FREE.

Here is a list of classes we can provide. A sign up button means that the class is currently offered:


TRX is all about strength training using just your body weight and straps.

Mondays – 5:30pm

This is a yoga/muscle pump/Pilates class all put together in one. We focus on building strength, balance, and flexibility.

Boot Camp
Wednesdays – 5:30pm

Friday – 6:00am May

Let the sweating begin.
We will use all the space we can to get our heart rates up. Class starts with a group warm up consisting of active stretching, jumping jacks, high knees, etc. The middle 40 minutes is comprised of station work. Groups will spend about 3 minutes per station. Examples of stations are: jump rope, step-ups on the benches, core work, basketball shuffle, etc. For the last portion of class, we will do some more core work, cool down, and stretch.


T.K.O. is a knock out! It stands for TRX, Kettlebells, Other torture. This will be a fast paced circuit training type class!


TRX + Weights

Tuesdays – 8:30am April

Mondays – 6:00am May

Strength. In this class, also known as the “1 minute workout”, we switch off between using the TRX and weights…1 minute at a time. Quick transitions, help fatigue the selected muscle group being worked.



Mondays – 6am April

This is a non-impact, non-cardio class, spending all of our time within the space of our mats. We will start the class with active stretches and basic movements without weights such as squats, push-ups from our knees, etc. For the middle portion, weights become our friend; working every major muscle group with the equipment or sometimes with just our body weight.



Thursday’s – 12:15-12:45 April

Tabata is great to get a quick workout in if you’re short on time, you need to switch up your routine, or you want improve endurance and speed. Incorporate this type of workout into your fitness routine and produce results.


HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training

Fridays – 6am April

HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided

Step Class

Thursdays – 12:15 – 12:45pm in May

An intense aerobics class using the Step. Step aerobics burns 30 – 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks.


Muscle Pump

Tuesdays – 8:30am May

Muscle Pump is designed to build strength as well as burn calories. Our heart rates will be higher than Pilates but lower than boot camp. Class begins with a 15 minute warm up. We will do step ups and some other basic movements during this time. For the middle ½ hour, we will be working every major muscle group with light and heavy weights. Exercises may include chest press, squats, lunges, and triceps extensions. As usual, the last portion of class is spent on extra core work, cool down and stretching.

This class may be replaced my TRX outdoors if it is nice out.
