Limited Mobility
Is this your reality? No problem. Destination Fitness would love to help you get fit even if it means from a chair. We know it can be tough to get to a gym and that is why we will come to you.

Personal Training Packages

Single:  A single 60 minute personal training session is $60.00.

5 Sessions: 5 – 60 minute personal training sessions is $287.50.

10 Sessions: 10 – 60 minute personal training sessions is $550.00.

15 Sessions: 15 – 60 minute personal training sessions is $787.50.

20 Sessions: 20 – 60 minute personal training sessions is $1000.00.

Barre is an invigorating class with elements of dance, strength, balance and Pilates. Because of the small isometric movements and low impact workout, everyone 11+ can participate and see results. Please bring a Pilates/Fitness mat, water bottle, and light weights if you have them. Sign up HERE
Tone Up This is a non-impact, non-cardio class, spending all of our time within the space of our mats. We will start the class with active stretches and basic movements without weights such as squats, push-ups from our knees, etc. For the middle portion, weights become our friend; working every major muscle group with the
Bosu Challenge is a total body conditioning class that is choreographed. You need to be able to keep beat with the music similar to a step class. We will be on that bosu for the whole class. This is an advanced level class. If you have your own bosu, bring it and then you don’t need to
This fast paced yoga class focuses on balance, strength and flexibility, and is sure to be a challenge to everyone. It is a mix of yoga, pilates and muscle pump. We use light weights and a yoga mat. Both are supplied. Sign up HERE
