Back This Summer!

Destination Fitness is offering an exercise program for girls around middle school age. The workouts will focus on:

  • developing speed and quickness
  • increasing strength
  • building a strong core
  • expanding overall fitness, confidence and body awareness

This unique program is open to all abilities and skill levels; so whether your daughter just needs to get moving or she wants to be better at her sport, she will fit in. Space is limited to 20 per class so sign up ASAP.

Your name – whom you are registering – and whether signing up for 1 X Week, 2 X Week, and which Session/s.

Schedule: Tuesday’s and Thursday’s @ 11am

Sign up for all 3 once a week sessions now and save $15.00

Sign up for all 3 twice a week sessions now and save $25.00

Session 1: June 12th – June 28th (3 weeks)

Session 2: July 10th – July 26th (3 weeks)

  • 2 days a week for members: $60.00
  • 2 days a week for non-members: $70.00
  • 1 day a week for members: $35.00
  • 1 day a week for non-members: $40.00

Session 3: July 31st – August 23rd (4 weeks)

  •  2 days a week for Members: $80.00
  • 2 days a week for Non-Members: $95.00
  • 1 day a week for Members: $45.00
