Destination Fitness is offering an exercise program for girls around middle school age. The workouts will focus on:

  • developing speed and quickness
  • increasing strength
  • building a strong core
  • expanding overall fitness, confidence and body awareness

This unique program is open to all abilities and skill levels; so whether your daughter just needs to get moving or she wants to be better at her sport, she will fit in. Space is limited to 20 per class so sign up            ASAP.

Your name – whom you are registering – which session(s) – and whether signing up for 1 X Week, 2 X Week.

Schedule: 45 minute classes: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am.

Session 1 – 3 Weeks: June 11th – 27th

Non – Members: Drop-In: $20          1 X Week: $45.00             2 X Week: $75.00

Members: Drop-In: $15                    1 X Week: $40.00            2 X Week: $60.00

Session 2 – 4 Weeks: July 9th – August 1st

Non – Members: Drop-In: $20          1 X Week: $55.00             2 X Week: $100.00

Members: Drop-In: $15                    1 X Week: $50.00            2 X Week: $90.00

Session 3 – 4 Weeks: August 6th – 29th
