Back This FALL!

Looking to get your kids active? Destination Fitness is offering an exercise program for boys and girls in middle school. The workouts will focus on developing speed and quickness, increasing strength through body weight exercises, developing a strong core, overall fitness and body awareness. This unique program is open to all abilities and skill levels. Space is limited to 20 per class so sign up ASAP.

Girls: Tuesday’s  6:45 pm – 7:30pm & Sat. 9:15-10am

Boys: Wednesday’s 6:45pm – 7:30pm & Sat. 10:15-11am
