We have been having so much fun with strength training this summer! Not only are we getting stronger, we are also helping to prevent injuries which keeps your athlete playing the game they love!!

Mike is the trainer that oversees our High School Program:
“My name is Mike Hendrickson and I’ll be overseeing these workouts throughout the summer. I have an exercise science degree from UMD and am currently an owner at Destination Fitness where I lead a number of teams and individuals towards achieving their goals.”
