1t Coconut Oil
This recipe is super easy and you can add whatever amounts or types of vegetables you want. I just ate it for lunch. What a fantastic way to eat a low fat, low calorie, high vegetable meal.
Heat the oil in a pan on the stove. Add the rest of the ingredients until cooked through. Season with salt, pepper and basil pesto.
