Vegan Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:     1 Package (12.3 oz) silken tofu firm, 1 & 1/2 cups nondairy milk unsweetened, 3T vegan parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast flakes, 1/2t minced garlic, 1T olive oil, 1t salt, 1t onion powder, 1t dried basil, 1t dried parsley

1. Place tofu, milk, garlic, oil, cheese, salt and onion powder in a blender; blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Add basil and parsley and stir

3. Pour mixture into a medium saucepan; cook until heated through on low heat. DO NOT BOIL.
